The New Vacuum Pressure Adapter was developed to make testing your vacuum inlets faster, easier and more
compliant with the NFPA specifications. The NFPA specifications require a static pressure test be performed on the vacuum inlet under test while an adjacent vacuum inlet on the same zone is flowing at 85
lpm. This can now be accomplished in three simple steps using the NST Medical Gas Outlet Analyzer, Vacuum Flow Regulator and Vacuum
Pressure Adapter.1. Set the flow in a nearby vacuum inlet, on the same zone as the vacuum inlets to be tested, to 85 lpm using the NST Vacuum Flow Regulator. 2. Connect the New Vacuum Pressure Adapter to
the gas analyzer gas hose and plug the adapter into the vacuum inlet to be tested. 3. When prompted by the analyzer display to: "SET 85 LPM, PRESS ", be certain that step one has been performed and press
the right arrow on the analyzer front panel to perform the static pressure test on the vacuum inlet being tested. The analyzer performs the required static pressure test and stores the results in memory.
